The "Hybrid Joint TCF Type" is an expansion device for bridges designed for the Tohoku region, capable of withstanding "snow load." It meets the 10kN snow load requirement set by the Tohoku Regional Development Bureau. Additionally, it adopts a structure known as the "face plate type," which prevents the water-stopping material from being exposed on the surface, and comes standard with "secondary water-stopping material." By utilizing a double structure, it reduces the risk of leakage and achieves higher water-stopping performance. Furthermore, to prevent snowplow blades from getting caught in the expansion device, it is also equipped with a "snow removal guide plate" as standard.
